Copenhagen Island Hotel

Amazing hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cute bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped with late check-out, which I appreciate. Highly recommend for a cozy experience!

Location is good, everything you need is within walking distance! Rooms are comfortable, the staff is nice, the hotel is new, all clean and beautiful!

It's chilly in the room.

The location was very good and the interior design was modern. The hotel was situated near the Axel Heides Gade bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance.

It was a great fit for spending a night in Copenhagen with very good value for money. The view from my room across the canal was lovely and made the stay enjoyable. Make sure to check out the nearby shopping mall for great dining options.

Magnificent hotel! Great restaurant, fitness room. Located well - if you like hiking, you can not use public transport at all. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The hotel has no drawbacks.

The cleaning lady always left clean towels outside the door and took our rubbish away if we left it out even with the *do not disturb please*.

There was not any kettle at the room to make ourselves some tea.

hotel is well designed and has certain advantages such as good fitness club; we took adjoining rooms for us and the kids and I can recommend this as a convenient solution; we also enjoyed nice view from the room

breakfast was not up to the standard and price - rather modest selection of basic stuff and you can't for example order such basic thing as fried eggs! also the hotel is located not far from the center but is not so well connected; they have bikes to rent but don't have a single bike with seat for kids

Insufficient soundproofing led to noisy nights.

All the garbage in the water at the entrance to the hotel. I asked the staff person if I had come in at the back entrance and she said "no, this is the front", needless to say I was shocked. The day that we check out there was even more garbage floating around in the water.The bed, two single beds put together do not go well with married couples.

I had really amazing stay, the place is fantastic!

I had neat and airy room to myself with a view south over the waters, ample space and a double bed. The setting of hotel was great and lovely, easy to take the train one stop from the station.

The room was cozy and clean, offering a beautiful view over the water which made our mornings even better. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of local favorites to choose from, and the staff on the evening shift really stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. The noise insulation could definitely be improved, as sounds from the hallway were a bit distracting at times.
